Our Story: How ARK Venture Services Started
ARK Venture Services was born from a decade working inside a variety of non profits, startups and VC firms. Again and again, we saw great ideas stall, not for lack of vision, but because the back office couldn't keep up.
Invoices piled up. Payroll got messy. Compliance slipped into the shadows. Behind every visionary founder was operational chaos threatening to stall the mission. We kept getting called in to rescue early-stage companies from these "complex-but-normal" challenges. These founders were brilliant, passionate, and yes, a little crazy. That's exactly what we loved about them.
After years of firefighting together, we realized:
- We weren't just solving paperwork.
- We were protecting momentum.
- We were making a real difference.
- So, we built ARK Venture Services to do that on purpose and at scale.
